Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you can apply for a return within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Returns must meet the following conditions: the item must be in its original condition upon receipt, unworn or used, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return request, we will send you a return shipping label indicating the shipping method and address. Items returned without prior application will not be accepted.

Damage and Problem Handling

Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. If the goods are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong goods, please contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Some categories of goods are non-returnable, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), customized goods (e.g., custom-made or personalized products), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of dangerous goods, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us for confirmation if you have any questions or concerns about specific items.

Please note that promotional items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchange Service

If you need to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item after your return request is approved, and then order the new item separately.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Based on relevant EU regulations, if the goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order or return the item unconditionally within 14 days. As mentioned above, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may require additional time to process refunds.
